You are a new implementation specialist at a software company. Last week a First Nation agreed to move its administration off binders and spreadsheets and into a single system, and this morning you are sitting in the Housing Director's office, across from a binder she has run the department out of for twenty years. Nothing needs configuring or migrating today. You need to understand how that binder works first.
